Payment and Fees

 

I do not take insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. Payment can be made directly to my office in the form of check or credit card. I provide a billing statement for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance plan. I can discuss my fees with you when you call the office for an appointment.
